Preventive Maintenance
1. Complete cleaning, inspection and normal maintenance of machine guide ways, air bearings linear scales, mechanical components, assemblies, and external covers/shrouding.
2. Inspection of machine air supply hoses/tubing, air regulators, Z axis counterbalance, and fail-safe mechanism.
3. Inspection of machine wiring harness and electronic circuitry
